About the project
The Victorian Government has built more than 120 new car parking spaces at Hurstbridge Station.
The new parking is along Graysharps Road, and includes 116 spaces with lighting and CCTV for improved safety.
The project also included building six new accessible parking spaces near the station entrance, and a new Parkiteer bicycle storage facility to enable more commuters to cycle to the station.
The project was part of the Australian Government’s Commuter Car Park Fund under the Urban Congestion Fund and the Victorian Government’s Putting Passengers First Program.
