    About the role

    The Fleet and Corporate Facilities Coordinator will ensure the effective day to day management of all aspects of the Fleet Management and VicTrack Corporate Real Estate activities. The role also assists the Asset Maintenance Manager to ensure maintenance of VicTrack’s assets and corporate facilities is completed efficiently and effectively resulting in the maximum performance and life of the assets.

    About the role

    The Group Manager Business Integrity & Assurance is a unique governance focused role that combines the functions of program control, network integration, risk, compliance, assurance and quality control.

    This position will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding all major internal and external project initiatives to ensure that their introduction is seamless and that VicTrack’s reputation is maintained and improved. This position will also consider and advise the impact of new initiatives on the current operational environment.

    The role will be responsible for ensuring that the Telecommunications Group meets its established standards of compliance, assurance and quality adherence, awareness and performance, in line with corporate policies.

    Legal Counsel is responsible for provision of legal services, legal advice and guidance, to  internal stakeholders in relation to all legal, probity and corporate governance matters as  requested within VicTrack with longer-term emphasis on Victoria’s Big Build work  including the Level Crossing Removal Project and the Metro Tunnel project.

    Network Operations Engineers are the highest level of technical escalation within the VicTrack Telecommunications Group. This position has the authority for reviewing and approving network design and architectural changes before being implemented.

    They are also responsible for testing and evaluating new products and technologies that will be integrated into VicTrack’s telecommunications network.

    Network Operations Engineers are required to proactively identify and resolve any issues, which may potentially impact customer services and to minimise networks and services down time. They are required to undertake highly technical preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the telecommunications network is in an optimal operational state.

    This position may be requested to be available in 24/7 tier 3 technical support and is responsible for maintaining the network in optimal operational state to meet 99.99 per cent uptime as part of the Customer Contractual Agreements.
