We are transforming the area around Hampton Station to create a revitalised precinct for commuters and the community.
The project will make the area around the station safer, more vibrant and more accessible through station precinct improvements and a new mixed-use development.
The development includes apartments and retail spaces. We have also partnered with Homes Victoria, who has overseen the delivery of new social housing units as part of the development.
We appointed developers epc.Pacific and Pace Development Group to deliver the project, who were selected through an expression of interest process.
