VicTrack welcomes new Directors

VicTrack welcomed six new Directors to the Board on 1 January 2024. They joined existing Director Paul White who remains on the Board. 

“Led by incoming Chair Paul Hardy, our new Directors are experienced business leaders who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our corporate governance and business planning,” Chief Executive Chris Olds said. 

“I am working with the Board to identify opportunities for VicTrack and guide our strategic objectives.

The new Directors are: 

• Paul Hardy (Chair) - former Global CEO/Executive Chairman of Aurecon with more than two decades of board experience with expertise in the engineering, healthcare, sport, education and not-for-profit sectors.
  
  
• Bill Kusznirczuk (Deputy Chair) - a pre-eminent urban and regional planner, former Board member for the Victorian Planning Authority and Office of Projects Victoria.
  
  
• Laurinda Gardner - experienced board director, organisational reform and change management consultant, and Director, Victorian Planning Authority.
  
  
• Katrina Lai - Director, OEMD Consulting, with over 16 years of service on four government boards, and former senior executive in Telstra.
  
  
• Rosemary Martin - a governance, legal and risk executive, current Board Director for Merri-bek Affordable Housing.
  
  
• Narayan Prasad - experienced finance professional, former Director on the Board of Linfox Australia and current member of Audit, Finance, Investment & Risk Committee, Stroke Foundation.
  
  

In welcoming the new Directors, Mr Olds said, “I want to thank our outgoing Chair Geraldine Gray, Deputy Chair Alan Hall, and Directors Jenny Dawson and Collette Burke, for their work to support VicTrack.”
