We have a strong track record in delivering solutions for complex transport infrastructure projects. Our significant experience working within the rail corridor means we know how to meet or exceed both industry and government standards.

VicTrack is an essential partner to some of Victoria’s most important infrastructure projects from the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) to station upgrades and refurbishment of historic railway buildings. We work on these projects alongside the transport sector and our work includes renewing and upgrading rail infrastructure including stations, bridges, pedestrian crossings and other structures.

Our project delivery services provide for design, build and project management of infrastructure solutions on behalf of the Victorian Government and the transport operators.

As the transport asset owners, we ensure projects make the best use of Victoria’s transport resources. Our team considers the full life cycle of assets, from planning, design and project delivery to ongoing management and maintenance.

We focus on public purpose and end use, we revitalise existing infrastructure, maximise the community benefit of new infrastructure and add significant value when bringing the two together.

We hold whole-of-network access, competencies and safety accreditations, which enable our teams to work without restriction at any location to maintain and deliver new buildings and structures.

Our project management and safety frameworks have also been developed specifically for the complex challenges of the rail environment, and to align closely with our transport and government partners’ needs.

We have been part of some of Victoria’s largest transport initiatives and driven award-winning projects, such as:

Epsom and Waurn Ponds stations
Regional Rail Link
Level crossing upgrade programs
Bridge renewal program
Maldon Station goods shed upgrade
