  • Executive Assistant

    About the role

    The Executive Assistant provides high-quality executive, governance and business support services to allocated Executive General Managers and senior leaders within VicTrack. 

    The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of executive support activities including diary and workflow management, stakeholder liaison, committee secretariat services and administrative coordination.

    The role contributes to the efficient operation of the Office of the Chief Executive through the delivery of professional, proactive and responsive executive support services that enable leaders to achieve strategic and operational objectives. 

    As a member of the Executive Assistant network, the role contributes to a coordinated organisation-wide executive support service that promotes consistency, collaboration and service excellence across VicTrack.

    About the role

    The VicTrack People & Culture team is growing, we are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to provide expert advisory support across end-to-end people matters, with a strong focus on employee relations, and supporting culture change and capability uplift programs. 

    As a key member of the P&C team, you will partner closely with leaders to deliver high-quality, timely and practical people solutions, while managing complex and sensitive workforce issues.

    You will play a critical role in supporting performance outcomes, leading escalations, and building leadership capability across the business. 

    In addition, you will act as a trusted escalation point for challenging ER/IR matters, working closely with stakeholders, including unions, to ensure fair, compliant and effective outcomes while strengthening relationships and driving a high-performing, accountable culture.

    The P&C Coordinator provides high-level coordination and administrative assistance to the People & Culture leadership team by supporting the timely delivery of all P&C processes and projects (including "Future Ready" transformation projects).

    This role is an integral member of the P&C team, ensuring that team calendars, schedules, processes, communications and documentation are coordinated, managed and streamlined.

    In addition, the role will provide support services to the Group Manager, People & Culture by way of diary management, secretariat services and events coordination.
