  • Change & Project Manager

    About the role

    VicTrack is seeking an experienced Change & Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering our Future Ready transformation program.

    Supporting organisation-wide culture and capability initiatives, this position will drive meaningful change that strengthens our workforce, builds capability and prepares VicTrack for the future. 

    Reporting to the Strategic Project Lead – People & Culture, you will lead the people side of change for the Future Ready program, ensuring transformation initiatives are successfully delivered, adopted and embedded across the organisation.

    This role combines strategic change management with hands-on project delivery and offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders, employees and key stakeholders across the business.

     

    Position status: Full-time (three year fixed term)

    The Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the cyber security governance, risk and compliance functions within VicTrack.

    The role ensures the organisation's cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures and controls are aligned with best practices and VicTrack’s regulatory compliance requirements. 

    This position involves identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and monitoring the organisation’s cyber security risks.

    The position also coordinates and facilitates operational functions such as cyber security audits, risk assessments, reporting activities, providing guidance and support to the Manager Enterprise Architecture & Security, the Security team and other VicTrack stakeholders.

    The Executive Assistant provides high-quality executive, governance and business support services to allocated Executive General Managers and senior leaders within VicTrack. 

    The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of executive support activities including diary and workflow management, stakeholder liaison, committee secretariat services and administrative coordination.

    The role contributes to the efficient operation of the Office of the Chief Executive through the delivery of professional, proactive and responsive executive support services that enable leaders to achieve strategic and operational objectives. 

    As a member of the Executive Assistant network, the role contributes to a coordinated organisation-wide executive support service that promotes consistency, collaboration and service excellence across VicTrack.


    Position status: Full-time
