  • Asset Maintenance Manager

    About the role

    The Asset Maintenance Manager ensures VicTrack’s buildings and other physical assets are maintained efficiently and effectively to meet required VicTrack Asset Management Plan performance and minimise cost over the life of the assets.

    The Asset Maintenance Manager is the primary point of contact for all planned and reactive maintenance.

    The role specifies and procures services to ensure all customer, technical, risk and statutory requirements are satisfied

    About the role

    The Finance Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Services Finance team and is responsible for supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner by overseeing and running accounting and financial activities.

    This role will analyse and provide financial information to the Senior Finance Business Partner to assist in budgeting, forecasting and sound financial decision-making.

    They will collate and consolidate finance data using the company’s finance systems and other systems used in the business unit, to enable effective management of profit and loss and enhance economic sustainability.

    About the role

    The Group Manager, Property Operations, Freight & Leasing leads and is accountable for the performance of VicTrack's operational property portfolio, driving revenue outcomes while ensuring safe, compliant and effective service delivery.

    The role provides leadership across the leasing, licencing, freight access and operational interfaces, with accountability for embedding operational risks, constraints and opportunities into investment, development and asset lifecycle decisions.

    The position oversees lease and license administration and management, including renewals and rent reviews, contract and vendor performance, incident and compliance management, and identification of revenue optimisation opportunities.

    It also manages freight access and third-party interfaces, maintains Rail Infrastructure Manager accreditation, and ensures rail safety systems, standards and practices are effectively embedded across network operations.

    Through strong leadership and stakeholder engagement, the position ensures operational excellence, regulatory integrity and value optimisation across VicTrack’s property, utilities, services and freight activities in alignment with organisational objectives. 


    Position status: 3-year PESES-1 contract

    The GM Risk & Resilience will prioritise supporting the operational delivery of VicTrack’s strategic direction, by adopting a practical and pragmatic approach to understanding and responding to risk across the organisation, with particular emphasis on senior levels.

    They will lead a second line risk function responsible for establishing enterprise risk frameworks, monitoring first line risk management and supporting the first line to enhance performance through informed decision-making and proactive mitigation across operations, programs and investments.

    The GM Risk & Resilience will also ensure organisational preparedness for threats and emergencies through risk awareness, Business Continuity Plan (BCP) development, exercise planning, response and improvement, and maintaining crisis and incident management plans.
