About the role

The Feasibility Hub Manager role sits within the Innovation, Assets Optimisation and Technology (IAOT) Group and forms part of VicTrack’s new capability established to support the identification and development of new revenue-generating opportunities.

This role is responsible for applying commercial and analytical discipline to assess opportunities from early concept through to investment decisions, building a clear, evidence-based view of viability, value potential and risk.

The role will also work closely with relevant delivery groups, including Property and Telecommunications as well as enabling groups such as Finance, Procurement and Assurance, including the PMO to gather data, insights and operational input to inform assessments.

The role plays an important part in contributing to the IAOT Group’s objective in enabling VicTrack to grow revenue and public value by better leveraging its assets, capabilities, and position across transport, government, and emerging markets. 

Position status: 12 month fixed term contract

About the role

The Group Manager Transformation is responsible for leading and orchestrating VicTrack’s enterprise transformation portfolio, providing end to end oversight of all transformation initiatives to ensure they are strategically aligned, appropriately prioritised and sequenced and deliver sustainable organisational change and intended business outcomes.

Position status: 3-year PESES-1 contract

About the role

The Internal Communications Specialist drives the organisation’s internal communications agenda to strengthen information sharing and build a culture of engagement and
collaboration.

You will support the development and execution of VicTrack’s internal communications strategy, ensuring key communications initiatives and messages are coordinated and integrated. You will manage all key internal communications channels and create engaging content.

Working as part of the Communications and Change team, you will ensure internal communications are streamlined for enterprise-wide initiatives, as well as implement
communications plans for discrete internal projects.

You will proactively build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and support their communication needs and demonstrate the value of integrated internal communications.

You will also be expected to contribute towards content development for external channels, including social media and the website.

The Systems & Data Lead is a subject matter expert responsible for the strategic management, performance, and integrity of VicTrack’s People & Culture (P&C) technology suite.

This role is a critical driver of the "Future Ready" agenda, tasked with transitioning the function towards a streamlined, efficient and contemporary HRIS environment.

The Systems & Data Lead ensures that P&C systems deliver absolute data integrity and high-quality analytics to inform strategic workforce decisions across the organisation.
