About the role
VicTrack is seeking an experienced Change & Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering our Future Ready transformation program.
Supporting organisation-wide culture and capability initiatives, this position will drive meaningful change that strengthens our workforce, builds capability and prepares VicTrack for the future.
Reporting to the Strategic Project Lead – People & Culture, you will lead the people side of change for the Future Ready program, ensuring transformation initiatives are successfully delivered, adopted and embedded across the organisation.
This role combines strategic change management with hands-on project delivery and offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders, employees and key stakeholders across the business.
Position status: Full-time (three-year fixed term)

About the role
The Group Manager Strategic Assets and Data provides leadership of VicTrack's strategic asset management and asset intelligence functions, improving and digitising asset information (including asset condition) and establishing standards that support consistent, high-quality asset and customer information across the transport ecosystem.
The role is responsible for improving the stewardship, performance, condition, capability and long-term value of transport ecosystem assets, through better asset management practice, asset intelligence and evidence-based decision-making.
Working closely with VicTrack's Asset Governance team, the Group Manager Strategic Assets and Data defines and maintains asset and data strategies, standards, governance arrangements and priorities that strengthen asset management capability, improve transport operator coordination, and support effective stewardship of released and controlled assets across the transport ecosystem.

About the role
The Manager, Audit & Assurance is responsible for the operational delivery of VicTrack’s internal audit, assurance and governance activities, supporting the effectiveness of the organisation’s governance, risk management and control frameworks.
The role manages the planning, coordination and execution of a risk-based internal audit program, ensuring audits are delivered efficiently, recommendations are practical and outcomes support continuous improvement across the business.
The position will lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Audit and Assurance team while driving a culture of accountability, compliance and continuous improvement.
Working within the third line of defence, the position conducts and oversees independent assessments of control design and operating effectiveness across business functions, identifies opportunities to strengthen controls and performance, and supports management in addressing audit findings through to implementation.
The role provides timely analysis, reporting and insights on key risks, emerging issues and assurance outcomes to support informed decision-making by senior management and governance committees.
Through strong stakeholder engagement, the role supports a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement throughout VicTrack.
