Hampton Station precinct

We are planning to transform the area around Hampton Station to create a revitalised precinct for commuters and the community.

One of our station precinct developments, the project will make the area around Hampton Station safer, more vibrant and more accessible, by delivering station precinct improvements funded by an adjoining mixed use development.

The improvements could include station upgrades, an improved station forecourt, a reconfigured bus interchange and a new commuter car parking facility.

The mixed use development is proposed to include apartments and a mix of retail spaces.

We are partnering with developer epc.Pacific to deliver the development, who were selected through an expression of interest process.

We are also partnering with the Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS), who are overseeing the delivery of eighteen new social housing units as part of the development.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the community consultation in November 2016.

Plans for the station precinct were submitted by epc.Pacific to Bayside City Council in late 2016.
