Most of our railway land, assets and buildings are leased to the public transport operators, and they are responsible for maintaining the assets leased to them. 

Therefore, reporting graffiti on trains, at train stations or in the rail corridor depends on where the graffiti is located.

Graffiti on land or property adjoining the rail corridor 
Graffiti removal on private property that abuts a rail asset (including fences and walls on the rail corridor) is the responsibility of the private owner. Graffiti removal on council-owned land is the responsibility of the relevant local council.
